Foreign Applicants

All the requirements for the grade/year level being applied for, as enumerated above.
Photocopy of Passport
ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration) Number
Authenticated scholastic record from the Office of the Philippine Embassy or Office of the Consular Affairs of country of origin

Accordingly, the scholastic record must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Office of the Consular Official in the country of origin, which has jurisdiction over the issuing school, including an English translation of the entries, particularly the name of student, subjects, grades, and grade/year level. The translation will facilitate the evaluation thereof.

Basic Age Requirement

Nursery: At least 2.8 years old by June of the coming school year
Kinder 1: At least 3.8 years old by June of the coming school year
Kinder 2: At least 4.8 years old by June of the coming school year
Grade 1: At least 5.8 years old by June of the coming school year

Processing and Testing Fee

Applicants must pay a non-refundable fee amounting to PhP 550.00 for processing and testing.
For foreign applicants, the non-refundable processing and testing fee amount to PhP 1,000.00

Procedure

Download and print one copy each of the Application Form, Health Certificate, and Recommendation Form, and have them completely filled out by the designated person (a licensed medical doctor for the Health Certificate, and the student-applicant's class adviser or guidance counselor for the Recommendation Form).
Submit the completely filled-out forms and all the requirements to the Guidance Center. Expect to take the entrance test on the same day of submission, IF the requirements are COMPLETE.
If deemed qualified to take the test, an Order of Payment will be given for the payment of the processing and testing fee (PhP 550.00) at the Finance Office.

After payment of the processing and testing fee, the issued Official Receipt from the Finance Office should be presented to the Guidance Center.

Take the Entrance Test.
An Interview with the Academic Team would follow.
The results of the entrance test and the interview would be given.
If the applicant qualifies for admission, he/she may enroll starting the scheduled date for enrollment.

Schedule

Mondays to Fridays

The Guidance Center is open from 07:00 AM to 12:00 NN, and 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM during weekdays.
The applicants may proceed for testing on the same day that they submit their requirements so long as the requirements submitted are complete.
The cut off time for testing is 10:00 AM for the morning schedule and 03:00 PM for the afternoon schedule.

Saturdays

The Guidance Center is open from 08:00 AM to 12:00 NN during Saturdays.
The applicants may proceed for testing on the same day that they submit their requirements so long as the requirements submitted are complete.
The cut off time for testing is 10:00 AM.
