<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe\nDepartments of Math and Science launched the opening of the Science-Math month\nat St. Paul College of Makati on 31 August with the theme, \u201cChanging the World\nin an Earth Beat: Paulinians, Stewards of Sustainable Development Through Math\nand Science.\u201d They prepared different activities aiming to make the students\nmore knowledgeable and to raise awareness about their environment. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The department began the month\nthrough the Sci-Math Trivia and Eco-Bulletin Board Making. The Digital Poster\nMaking and the Art Attack contest, happening simultaneously on the same day,\naimed to show off Paulinian\u2019s creative talents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Other activities included the\nSudoku Challenge, the Rube Goldberg for senior high school, Quiz Whiz, Human\nExhibit, Feature Writing Contest, Masipag na Tao Monologue, and Parade of\nScientists and Mathematicians. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Winners\nin specific categories were announced during the Culminating Activity at the\nGym 1. The Science and Math Department handed over the trophies, medals and\ncertificates to the people who won the contests.
