AVR, OLC Building \u2013 a Memorandum of Agreement Signing\nbetween St. Paul College of Makati and Golden Arches Development Center,\nJanuary 31, 2018 paved way for opportunities bestowed to Grade 12 students of\nthe school. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
St.\nPaul College of Makati was represented by our dear Directress-Principal, Sr.\nRemedios Cayetano, SPC, Sr. Nieves Marie De Cueto, SPC, Sr. Mary Urban Mago,\nSPC, Sr. Maria Theresa Mallillin, SPC, and Mr. Raymond Samonte, Assistant\nAcademic Head. Golden Arches Development Center, on the other hand, was\nrepresented by Ms. Amalia T. Rasco, the company\u2019s Business Partner and Human\nResource Consultant who also handles company\u2019s Labor and Employee Matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
This\nevent marked the partnership of Golden Arches and SPCM, which aims to help\nGrade 12 students be introduced to \u201can industry that directly relates to the\nstudent\u2019s post- secondary goal. Through Work Immersion, the students are\nexposed to and become familiar with work-related environment related to their\nfield of specialization to enhance their competence\u201d <\/em>in accordance to DepE\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad<\/sub>d\nOrder No. 30, series of 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms.\nRasco gave a speech on how Golden Arches Development Corporation partnered with\ndifferent schools according to DepEd\u2019s regulation, offering many Grade 12\nstudents a chance to not only accomplish their work immersion requirements, but\nalso have an experience in regards to their chosen career path and what happens\nin a real working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
30 students, coming\nfrom the Grade 12 HUMSS, ABM, and TECHVOC-ICT strands were taken in by Golden\nArches as trainees for their work immersion, and were divided in accordance to\nthe job most fit to their preferred strand and college course.<\/p>\n
