To foster in every Paulinian a Christocentric-Paschal spirituality through religious instructions, meaningful liturgies, outreach activities, and personal guidance;
To provide an environment that will help the Paulinians develop into peace-loving, patriotic citizens, who are appreciative of their righs and responsibilities and are involved as members of their respective social group or community;
To inculcate moral integrity, personal discipline, cultural and ecological conscience, academic proficiency, and information technology skills in every Paulinian for social efficiency and productive living;
To provide the Paulinians with a well-balanced and challenging curriculum to develop their talents and abilities for the service of the Church and of the nation.
